Technical Manager Close Range

In this role, you will serve as a key technical leader, working closely with customers and internal teams to shape, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that address complex operational needs. * Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand operational needs and technical requirements.
* Translate customer needs into tailored, practical, and effective solution concepts.
* Lead technical pre-sales activities, including preparation of proposals, customer responses, and product demonstrations.
* Support the Business Development team with technical guidance, insights, and recommendations.
* Identify, assess, and manage technical risks and opportunities across projects.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic positioning and future capability development.
* Define requirements for new products and enhancements to existing products in collaboration with engineering and development teams.
* Lead system integration and deployment activities, including installation, user acceptance testing, and evaluation.
* Maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, interface documents, manuals, and training materials.
* Work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to support efficient execution throughout the project lifecycle
