A global high-tech company in the Sharon area is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its engineering team.
The role includes leading NPI and transfer-to-production processes, working closely with R D and global manufacturing teams, supporting sustaining activities, ECOs, troubleshooting, and designing jigs ATE fixtures.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
7+ years of experience in Mechanical / NPI / Sustaining roles within a global hi-tech company
Experience with transfer to production and DFM/DFC methodologies
High proficiency in SolidWorks
Experience with plastics / plastic enclosures - significant advantage
Experience designing jigs or ATE fixtures - major advantage
Experience with PLM systems
Strong English communication skills
Willingness to travel to local suppliers and work with global teams when needed
