Were looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our games combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing high-impact user acquisition campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of successfully acquiring quality users at scale within budget. It is a cross-functional role, where close collaboration with Creative, Product, Legal, and external partners will be required to ensure all programs are brand-aligned, legally compliant, as well as performance-driven.
*Located in Tel-Aviv we work on site.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute UA strategies across multiple marketing channels to grow our player base profitably.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI), and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
Monitor marketing campaigns across paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit), search (Apple Ads), programmatic, affiliates, CTV, and other relevant networks.
Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to test and scale winning strategies
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Build and manage relationships with agencies, affiliates, and key external industry partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends & new opportunities and to keep up to date with the games industry, especially the social casino games vertical.

Requirements:
3- 5 years of hands-on performance marketing or user acquisition experience, in driving high-quality users in the mobile gaming industry is a must.
Deep understanding of gaming audiences, player behavior, and market trends, especially in the social casino space.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Hands-on understanding of performance marketing platforms and creative performance frameworks.
A solid understanding of marketing campaign measurement metrics, attribution models, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and/or other MMPs).
Experience in social casinos gaming space is an advantage.
Advantages
An understanding of sweepstakes and real-money gaming is a big bonus.
