Senior Product Manager

we are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical background to join and lead one of our squads in the IT Service Management (ITSM) domain
The ITSM domain is a core pillar of all-in-one IT management platform. It enables MSPs and IT teams to manage ticketing, billing, contracts, SLAs, reporting, and automation workflows in a single unified system. This team plays a strategic role in driving operational efficiency and automation for thousands of IT professionals worldwide.
As a Product Manager in this team, you will shape the future of this critical product area and drive meaningful impact for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a cross-functional squad including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape, and inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Define and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and internal stakeholder input.
Own the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring product success and adoption.
Work closely with engineering, design, product analysts, customer success, marketing, and research teams.
