we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage large-scale Google UAC campaigns with full ownership over budgets and performance (CR, CPA, ROI)
Identify and scale new growth opportunities across UA channels
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
Build and maintain structured testing roadmaps across campaigns
Develop and execute monthly media plans aligned with business goals
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using advanced analytics tools
Generate actionable insights and data-driven reports
Collaborate closely with the in-house creative team to improve ad performance

Requirements:
Proven experience managing Google UAC campaigns - Must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Hands-on experience working with large datasets
High proficiency in Excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive (self-starter mindset)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
