we are looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist to join its growing performance marketing team. We're looking for someone who can create, scale, and optimize high-volume campaigns on various channels such as YouTube. The PPC specialist is responsible for Fiverrs user acquisition campaigns, including overall strategy, innovation, optimization, and ROI analysis. The environment is fast-paced and teamwork-oriented. The candidate must be a super analytical, independent, out-of-the-box thinker, and a quick learner. What am I going to do?:

* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize user acquisition efforts across digital channels to maximize revenue and reach growth targets.
* Analyze large datasets to drive business insights and action items.
* Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to improve campaign efficiency, including ad copy & landing page optimization, bidding strategies, and targeting.
* Develop and maintain a monthly media plan across all campaigns.
* Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
* Manage multiple creative agencies
* Work with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute Landing Pages, Funnels, and supporting workflows to improve campaign success rates.
