? Strong experience recruiting for R D, Engineering, Software or IT roles
? Hands-on sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-Ray, ATS)
? Experience in tech/electronics/semiconductor industries - advantage
Looking for someone proactive, business-oriented, and passionate about building top talent teams.
? 8+ years of recruitment experience (agency + in-house)
