Senior Product Manager, Pet Claims Experience

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of pet insurance . You'll own the end-to-end claims journey for pet owners - balancing what customers actually feel with what the operation needs to scale - driving automation, shipping AI-powered experiences, and setting a new standard for what claims can feel like.

In this role you'll:
Own the full pet claims journey, from first notice of loss to resolution, and raise the bar on what that experience can be
Design and ship automation solutions that reduce manual work, scale Customer Ops, and move the efficiency needle in a meaningful way
Put GenAI and LLMs to work using internal AI tooling to rethink what's possible in claims handling
Translate product strategy into sharp requirements and prototypes that reflect brand, mission, and customer needs
Partner with designers, engineers, data analysts, and Customer Ops stakeholders to ship end-to-end product improvements
Identify gaps, prioritize ruthlessly, and bring creative solutions that expand what our product can do
