What you'll be doing:
End-to-End Delivery: Drive project momentum from kickoff through deployment, ensuring all milestones, technical requirements, and KPIs are met with precision.
P&L Ownership: Assume full accountability for project budgets, resource allocation, and overall profitability.
Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; proactively manage expectations, navigate professional disputes, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Technical Leadership: Lead in-depth technical discussions and collaborate with engineering teams to navigate architectural challenges and complex system integrations.
Agile Orchestration: Implement and refine Agile methodologies to optimize development workflows and team velocity.
Strategic Growth: Support the full sales lifecycle-from facilitating scope and goal definition in pre-sales to ensuring long-term success in post-sales.
Tooling Excellence: Master the "tools of the trade" (Jira, Confluence, and AI tools) to provide transparent reporting and data-driven insights.
