What To Expect
As a Delivery Supervisor, you will be at the heart of Tesla’s customer delivery ecosystem, responsible for ensuring the seamless readiness and execution of all vehicle deliveries within your assigned country. You will lead operations with a relentless focus on performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction — directly supporting Tesla’s mission to build a world of amazing abundance.

This is a high-impact, data-driven, and fast-paced role that demands operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery logistics, lead teams, drive process innovation, and ensure every customer receives a flawless delivery experience — from pre-delivery to post-delivery.

What You'll Do
Team Building & Development:

Build, coach, and lead a high-performing delivery team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Provide mentorship across the full delivery lifecycle — from pre-delivery planning to post-delivery follow-up.

End-to-End Delivery Leadership:

Oversee all aspects of vehicle readiness and delivery execution, ensuring on-time arrivals, optimal turnaround times, and flawless handovers at Tesla locations.

Vehicle Readiness & Compliance:

Lead the VRI (Vehicle Readiness Inspection) and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) processes. Ensure vehicles are fully prepared, compliant, and registered in accordance with local regulations.

Manage import, customs clearance, legal documentation, and registration workflows.

Resolve complex operational issues related to compliance, logistics, or vehicle condition.

Performance & KPI Ownership:

Monitor and drive performance against critical metrics including dwell time, yield, cost per delivery, transactional accuracy, and customer satisfaction — consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Operational Execution & Escalation Management:

Plan and manage daily delivery operations for both vehicle flow and customer flow.

Proactively identify and resolve customer escalations, product concerns, and delivery delays.

Dispatch direct and home deliveries with precision and timeliness.

Customer Experience Excellence:

Own the delivery day experience — ensuring it is convenient, seamless, and memorable. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer journey and elevate satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Use standardized dashboards, reports, and internal systems to track performance, forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-backed improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Innovation:

Partner closely with Sales & Delivery, Vehicle Operations, Logistics, Financial Services, Service, and other teams.

Identify inefficiencies and drive process and system enhancements to improve handover efficiency and scalability.

Agility & Business Support:

Demonstrate adaptability and readiness to support critical initiatives across departments as needed — from launch events to operational crises.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in Operations Service and Delivery within a fast-paced, product-centric environment.

Demonstrated success in team leadership, including coaching, performance management, and driving team results.

Strong analytical mindset with a data-focused approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills — able to manage multiple high-priority tasks under pressure.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in AI tools MS Office Suite, , and internal business systems.

Technological fluency and comfort with digital dashboards, automation, and operational software.

Consistent track record of customer service excellence and operational reliability.

Willingness and ability to work a 5-day shift pattern, including weekends and variable hours as required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record.
