Were looking for an experienced and versatile BI Data Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team. In this role, youll partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, owning analytics projects end-to-end from scoping to delivering insights, dashboards, and recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end analytics projects: collaborate with stakeholders, define success metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
Translate business needs into metric definitions and data models; build reliable reporting layers and maintain clear documentation.
Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards (e.g. funnels, KPI monitoring), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adoption.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and growth opportunities across key business areas.
Drive automation and operational improvements by leveraging AI/LLM tools alongside scripting in SQL/Python, including building a governed semantic layer and an LLM "ask data" interface.
Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences, influencing strategic decisions through clear, data-backed storytelling.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data analytics, including building a governed semantic layer and an LLM-powered "ask data" interface.
Excellent SQL skills.
Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau).
Experience in DWH design and data modeling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Experience with dbt - advantage.
Experience with Python - advantage.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, including building a governed semantic layer and an LLM-powered "ask data" interface.
