We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead international sales activities for advanced technical products, including hardware and software solutions, across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a network of international distributors in assigned regions
Drive sales of technical products (hardware software) and achieve revenue targets
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals
Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and partners
Conduct regular international travel for business development, client meetings, and market expansion
Deliver product training, presentations, and solution demonstrations to partners and customers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in the territory
Requirements:
Proven experience in international sales and distributor management - mandatory
Experience selling technical products (hardware and/or software) - mandatory
Academic background in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Software or similar)
Fluent English - mandatory
Spanish (native or full professional proficiency) - mandatory
Strong willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)
