This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who understands B2B sales through distributors, knows how to develop markets, and can turn distributor relationships into measurable business growth.
What will you do? As Global Distributor & Commercial Manager, you will own the commercial relationship with international distributors and be responsible for driving growth across existing and new markets.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, distributor/channel management or international commercial roles.
Proven experience managing and developing international distributors, ideally across multiple markets.
Experience in specialty raw materials, ingredients, specialty chemicals, cosmetics/personal care or another technical B2B industry.
Strong commercial orientation with a track record of driving sales growth through distributors.
Experience working with sales targets, KPIs, forecasting and business planning.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to combine relationship building with commercial accountability and performance management.
Strong analytical and financial understanding.
Excellent English - written and spoken.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
BSc.
in a relevant field - an advantage.
