The role includes managing Search campaigns, analyzing performance data, and handling large-scale budgets in competitive environments. Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and scale global PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, overseeing large budgets in competitive markets.
Monitor performance against business goals, report results, and continuously test new strategies, creatives, and growth solutions.
Track and analyze KPIs to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Use strong analytical and business judgment to identify gaps, opportunities, and solve business problems.
Leverage BI tools to analyze business flows and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Drive innovation through new ideas, opportunity discovery, and auditing business practices.

Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
Expert-level Excel - must.
Exceptional academic or equivalent excellence - must.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and make clear, data-driven recommendations.
Strong ability to translate complex data and concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
A strong team player with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, initiative-taking, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong time-management abilities.
