Were looking for an Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our HQ and create an exceptional employee and visitor experience. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the company.
Note: This is a full-time, on-site role.
What You Will Own:
Office Operations
Run daily office operations, vendor management, procurement, and equipment lifecycle.
Employee Experience
Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics and be the go-to for employee needs.
Hosting & Front of House
Host customers and partners, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
CEO Support
Manage the CEOs calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in office management or operations (startup - advantage)
Highly organized, execution-driven, and detail-oriented
Service-minded, proactive, and calm under pressure
Strong English (written & verbal)
Discreet and trustworthy
