Senior User Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute UA Strategies: Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
Budget Management: Own and manage significant UA budgets to achieve performance targets
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on key metrics (e.g., CPI, ROAS, LTV).
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with UA trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition platforms
Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations

Requirements

3+ years of experience in User Acquisition in the gaming industry – Must
Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data and present it in reports
knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and best practices in user acquisition, with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
Passion for gaming and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends
Know how to deliver results with strict performance goals
Fluent verbal & written skills in English
