Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical training to healthcare professionals and site staff
Support clinical trial operations (TMF, study documentation, IRB/EC submissions)
Assist with study start-up, monitoring activities, and data quality checks
Maintain clinical documentation in inspection-ready status
Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, R D, and QA teams
Collect field feedback and support product improvement
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences / Biomedical Engineering / Nursing or related field
Experience in clinical training and/or clinical trial operations (CTA level)
Strong understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines
Excellent English communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel (~30%)
