Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us spread the power of our company by identifying and attracting top talent. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone whos truly passionate about recruiting.
WHAT YOULL DO
Manage the full hiring life cycle.
Identify and implement efficient, effective recruiting strategies that align with our companys best practices and the organizations needs.
Own the sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through traditional and creative channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
