About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global organization in a pivotal, dynamic, and highly collaborative recruitment role. The position is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of recruitment experience (from agencies or in-house) who are looking to step up into a challenging, broad-scope organizational role.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling to contract signing.
• Offer Management: Leading salary negotiations and finalizing employment terms.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Working closely with Unit and Operations Managers to define needs and structure roles.
• Sourcing & Job Posting: Promoting openings across multiple channels (job boards, social media, company website, employee referral programs, etc.).
• Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-depth interviews, and writing professional evaluations.
• Coordination: Scheduling interviews and professional assessments.
• Vendor Management: Collaborating and managing relationships with external placement agencies and vendors.

Requirements:

• Education: Relevant Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory.
• Experience: At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience (In-house or Agency) – Mandatory.
• Core Competencies: A passion for recruitment and a desire for long-term career growth in the field.
• Work Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-interface environment.
• Resilience: Strong capability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Language Skills: Very high level of English (for global team meetings and reporting).
• Job Type: Full-time position (with minor flexibility in hours).
