Were looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team to impact on the future of the shipping industry in the field of autonomous ships.
In this role, youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline. Youll be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a key role in our companys growth.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your impact will be:
Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activities
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
Research and identify target accounts and key stakeholders
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth
Develop and optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and sequences
Consistently meet and exceed pipeline and activity targets.

What do you need to succeed in this role?
2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or similar role from a B2B software/SaaS company.
Native or fluent English (spoken and written) - must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly proactive, driven, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - advantage
Advantages:
Experience within the Maritime sector.
Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI products.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
