We are seeking a highly driven Director, to lead our companys Business Development Search and Evaluation (S&E) team. The leader will be responsible for managing the S&E team, focused primarily on proactive search, intake/triage, and rigorous scientific/clinical evaluation of external partnership opportunities that align with our companys long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with the ability to operate as an owner, manage and inspire cross functional teams and engage effectively with C -level executives internally and externally.
Responsibilities:

* Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across defined therapeutic areas and modalities
* Lead structured, rigorous scientific and clinical assessments of opportunities
* Coordinate cross-functional inputs into concise evaluation summaries, one-pagers, and business cases
* Perform competitive intelligence and landscape analyses
* Participate in interactions with external partners to clarify data and close evaluation gaps
* Act as a thought partner by surfacing insights, risks, and recommendations that improve the speed and quality of decisions
