Junior Marketing Operations Specialist

The Global Marketing Operations Specialist serves as the operational backbone for the worldwide Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You will ensure seamless execution across financial processes, vendor management, global logistics, and executive coordination, acting as the key connector between Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial & PO Management: Own the full PO lifecycle, vendor onboarding, and payment tracking; ensure budget alignment and expense reconciliation across all regions.
Global Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate worldwide shipping for events, trade shows, and product samples; manage customs compliance and track end-to-end delivery.
Sourcing & Gifting: Manage global inventory, sourcing, and distribution of branded swag and promotional items for executive and marketing initiatives.
Vendor & Contract Liaison: Act as the operational bridge to Procurement; manage contract renewals, negotiations with venues/suppliers, and SLA compliance.
Strategic Project Support: Provide operational leadership for flagship events, product launches, and cross-functional process redesigns.
