Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator – Entry Level (3927)

A well-established manufacturing company in the cosmetics and personal care industry is looking for a Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator for an entry-level position.

This is a hands-on role focused on coordination, follow-up, and supporting ongoing marketing and product-related processes across the organization.

The role includes supporting new product development and launches, working closely with R&D, Purchasing, Planning, Supply Chain and Regulatory teams, tracking tasks and timelines, extracting and organizing data, updating promotions in internal systems, coordinating PR shipments, and preparing basic marketing materials.

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, independent, and comfortable working with multiple interfaces and following tasks through to completion.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas
• Good orientation to systems, data, and processes
• Experience with Canva and AI tools
• Good communication skills and a proactive, assertive approach
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or working with Supply Chain – an advantage
