We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our Innovation team as an Advanced Technology Researcher.
Your Day to Day
Ownership of complex experimental systems and meeting challenging targets under tight deadlines
Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary research projects across advanced technologies and emerging domains
Design, execute, and analyze experiments, simulations, and proof-of-concept studies
Translate theoretical physics concepts into scalable, real-world applications
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation
Stay at the forefront of scientific and technological advancements and identify opportunities for integration
Present research findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Your Day to Day

Requirements:
PhD or MSc in Physics, EE, EO, or a closely related field
5+ years of experience in advanced research roles within high-tech industries
Strong background in applied physics and hands-on experimental work
Experience working with imaging systems in a development environment
Experience in optical design simulation tools (such as Zeemax) - an advantage.
Experience in optical design and hands-on experience with optical systems - an advantage.
Proven ability to work across multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience bridging research and product development
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box mindset
Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
