What you will work on
Managing and growing our companys presence on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube
Building structured content calendars aligned with product milestones
Managing relationships with creators, operators, and industry voices
Identifying high-impact influencer collaborations
Supporting product launches with coordinated social distribution
Tracking content performance and refining strategy accordingly
Managing community engagement and maintaining high-quality conversations
Interacting with our clients, finding use cases and success stories in order to turn them into publishable content.
Supporting sales messaging and broader narrative development.

Requirements:
Experience managing social media and community for B2B, SaaS, or technology companies
Ability to simplify complex AI concepts without oversimplifying them
Strong storytelling skills grounded in strategy
Experience writing across both organic and paid channels
Ability to turn data and product updates into compelling narratives
High ownership mindset and strong standards
Action-oriented, with the judgment to know when to go deep and when to execute quickly.
