Sales Manager

Were looking for a driven sales professional who knows how to generate opportunities from scratch and lead complex sales processes with inbound leads. This is a hybrid role combining proactive outbound work with ownership over inbound sales cycles - especially with organizational clients.
As a Sales Manager you will
Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities (IL Market).
Own and manage inbound leads, guiding them through structured and consultative sales processes
Lead end-to-end sales cycles- from discovery to closing- with a strong focus on organizational clients
Conduct product demos and tailor solutions based on customer needs
Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and lead generation efforts
Maintain accurate CRM data and track pipeline performance
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
