As an Engineering Manager you will take end-to-end ownership of a feature from ideation to production. Candidates who are able to explore new directions, design solutions, recommend the right approaches, and develop innovative ideas from scratch to drive complex products forward.

You will continuously enrich your knowledge and experience with Windows OS internals and EPP\EDR eco-system

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Proven experience as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager in the areas of C++, OS internals (security, storage, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication skills
Data-driven decision-making and prioritizing approaches
Proven experience with team building and advanced software methodologies
Ability to lead a feature from planning to development and testing
Ability to lead a global team in different time zones
Ability to manage external interfaces with other teams
Previous experience working on a production-grade product with wide-scale deployment
Previous experience with security-oriented development - Advantage
Windows Kernel development experience- Advantage
Reverse engineering or malware analysis experience - Advantage.
