Were looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategy.
This isnt just a senior HR role - its a high-impact opportunity for a proven HR leader with hands-on expertise across the full HR spectrum.
Youll operate with a high degree of autonomy, offering strategic and operational support to managers, employees, and leadership. youll influence core decisions, lead change, and elevate both the employee experience and HR function.

What Youll Actually Be Doing:
Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement
Provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits, talent management, L&D, and workforce planning
Lead and execute HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to guide decision-making and talent strategy
Partner with leadership on change management efforts and organizational development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and implementing improvements
Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global initiatives

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in HR business partnering roles-Must
Experience in global, Israeli hi-tech environments-Must
Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal)-Must
Availability working 4 times a week from our Jerusalem office-Must
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
Analytical mindset with proven track record of defining and measuring HR analytics
Can do attitude, learning capabilities
Proven problem-solver with analytical skills and attention to details
Experience using an HRIS as well as Excel and project management tools
Bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in HR business partnering roles-Must
