Design Manager - QuickBooks Bill Pay

We are looking for a craft-focused Group Product Design Manager to join our team and serve as the creative and strategic bridge between our US and Tel Aviv design hubs. You arent just a manager; you are a practitioner-leader who sets the bar for what product excellence looks feels and sounds like.
Responsibilities:
Design leadership: Youll draw from your background as a craft practitioner to champion high-quality deliverables. You will draw from industry-standard best practices and emerging tech to set the vision for end-to-end (E2E) experiences and to execute timebound deliverables at the highest quality possible.
Design systems evangelist: Bridge the gap between our design system and provocation to elevate your teams' deliverables beyond the status quo. You will enhance and evolve our design system by identifying gaps and supporting the creation of new scaleable patterns.
Ecosystem strategist: You will think beyond the feature or task at hand to deliver a cohesive end to end user experience that is greater than the sum of it's individual parts. Youll synthesize market trends and data into holistic strategies that ensure our products are connected as one seamless ecosystem.
Cross-geo advocate: You will act as a cultural and technical bridge, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing between our international teams.
Cross functional champion: You will partner closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing to ensure your design team is able to successfully execute against a narrow set of clearly defined deliverables.
Data fluency: You are responsible for defining, understanding, and cascading success metrics for the initiatives within your portfolio. You take extreme ownership of the creative and strategic direction of your work in order to achieve outcomes that exceed expectations
