We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is:
We are looking for a seasoned leader with a mature management mindset, capable of mentoring top talent while actively shaping our product and driving business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a dedicated development team
Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users
Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture
Solving complex problems with innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems

Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
Strong business and product understanding
Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments
Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong proficiency in Java Spring - Advantage
Experience with Backend Development.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience in utilizing GenAI practices in the SDLC - advantage.
