About the role: Were looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead, strategize, and own our acquisition marketing efforts. In this role, youll drive the growth of our marketing channels and execute flawless campaigns that generate measurable results. As the User Acquisition, youll identify new media opportunities, develop groundbreaking strategies, and analyze data to optimize efficiency and maximize growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping how we reach and engage millions of small business owners worldwide. Responsibilities: Lead and Strategize: Design and own growth marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving ROI and performance. Identify Opportunities: Research new media opportunities and trends to increase acquisition efficiency and explore untapped channels. Optimize Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms, focusing on KPIs like LTV/CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS. Analyze and Act: Leverage data insights to refine strategies, track performance, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Design, Product, Finance, and Analytics to deliver compelling, high-impact marketing campaigns.
