We are seeking an experienced Product Design Group lead to lead our experience design team in creating exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will oversee a team of talented designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction while ensuring our products meet and exceed user expectations.
Responsibilities:
Lead teams to deliver impactful and successful design projects.
Manages multiple designers, driving both their growth and the team's success.
Creates clear, repeatable design processes that improve team collaboration.
Understands users deeply and ensures the team designs with their needs in mind (interviews, research).
A true change agent and motivates the team.
An Individual Contributor at heart.

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI design
Minimum 3 years of experience managing designers in a professional setting
Manage and lead a team of 3+ Product Designers, ensuring high-quality design work.
Oversee large projects, making sure design aligns with company goals.
Build and improve the design processes to help the team work better together.
Work closely with other teams to break down barriers and ensure smooth collaboration.
Mentor and support your team, helping them grow their skills and careers.
Strong portfolio showcasing complex design problems and solutions.
