Global Talent Acquisition Partner

We seek a talented, passionate, and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join our one-of-a-kind HR team to support our global recruitment effort.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the organization's growth and success. This is a full-time, hybrid position (4 days a week in the office) for a collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships across the organization.
What your role will look like:
Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with senior management and hiring managers, both in our TLV site and other sites in the world.
Develop and execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates from diverse channels.
Conduct in-depth interviews, apply standardized assessments, and utilize behavioral interviewing methods to thoroughly evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the company culture.
Work with data to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to make the recruitment process faster and smoother.
