HR Operations

we are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join the HR team. This role is responsible for managing core HR operational processes while serving as a key point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR-related matters. The position requires strong operational capabilities, attention to detail, and a high level of service mindset in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in the HR systems, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, promotions, and transfers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance documentation
* Serve as a central point of contact for employees, providing support on HR-related topics such as policies, benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, and HR systems
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures
* Prepare HR reports, documentation, and metrics as required
* Support audits and ensure proper documentation and process alignment
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, and other internal stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and enhance Employee Experience
