We are looking for a talented, well-organized and highly proactive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll have the opportunity to drive our growth and contribute significantly to our success.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet high-volume hiring needs across multiple tech domains.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Search various channels to reach potential candidates and build talent pipelines while understanding the hiring needs and position requirements.
Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring teams.
Recommend new ideas and strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from the initial reach out and along their interview process.
