Cygobel Media is looking for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing team leader to join a dynamic performance marketing company in Kfar Saba.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a strong Affiliate professional who thrives on growth, ownership, and driving measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Affiliate managers, setting clear KPIs and ensuring execution.
* Build, expand, and optimize Affiliate partnerships with focus on ROI and long-term value.
* Recruit and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and traffic sources.
* Analyze campaign data and drive ongoing performance optimization.
* Collaborate with media, creative, and tech teams to maximize results.
* Negotiate deals, manage budgets, and identify new growth opportunities.
* Represent Affiliate strategy in internal planning and decision-making forums.

Requirements:
3+ years of Affiliate marketing experience - mandatory
Previous team leadership or mentoring experience - strong advantage
Experience in mobile app marketing - advantage
Familiarity with Affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, etc.) - advantage
Fluent English (spoken and written)
