At our company, we're building an AI Code Review platform designed to help developers move fast, ship with confidence, and elevate code quality across the SDLC.
We are on the hunt for an Engineering Manager for our Platform Domain who is ready to bring our companys long-term strategy to life while enabling enterprise customers today. This role focuses on building and scaling the core platform that powers our companys product and business, with an emphasis on reliability, security, scalability, integrations, and developer experience.

What will you do?
Make plans, iterate and pivot with your team to achieve the platform domains goals
Be an excellent partner to product to make dreams into feasible and impactful realities, translating product needs into strong platform capabilities
Strike a balance between strategic vision and tactical implementation, with a strong focus on platform quality, stability, and long-term maintainability
Coach, challenge and engage the engineers in your team, so they can achieve their own goals and keep building products developers love
Maintain a meaningful level of hands-on involvement, staying close to the code and architecture while sharing ownership of operational responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, you should have-
Senior-level backend engineering competence, with the ability to review designs and code at a high bar
Minimum 1 year of Engineering Management of high-performing cross-functional teams
A proven success in either turning a team around or shifting it from good to better - you know how to drive learning for a team
You bring an independent, entrepreneurial attitude and are excited about working in a fast-paced, uncertain, and big-vision environment
