Talent Acquisition Partner

Overall responsibility for managing and leading end to end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers, candidates and internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, agility and excellent interpersonal abilities and negotiation capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead end to end recruitment processes - job opening, sourcing and candidate identification through onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers- provide professional guidance, refine role requirements, build recruitment processes and support decision making
Conduct in depth interviews, assess candidates and provide professional evaluations and recommendations
Manage and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process
Lead the offer stage - building compensation offers, managing negotiations, closing terms, and contract signing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, payroll, management, and other business units
Utilize advanced recruitment tools and diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, employee referrals, candidate databases, and etc)
Continuously improve recruitment processes, increase efficiency and meet hiring targets
Maintain responsibility for reporting, status updates, and ongoing process tracking.
