We are looking for an experienced Full Stack team leader (Hands-On) to lead a product development team in a fast?growing company in the energy efficiency sector.
This role is ideal for a strong Developer who is ready to take the next step into leadership while staying deeply involved in hands-on development.
What Youll Do
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software developers.
Remain hands-on with development, architecture, and technical decision-making.
Design and develop backend services in Python.
Work with SQL databases including schema design and optimization.
Develop modern, high-quality frontend UI components.
Lead AI/ML features from concept to implementation.
Oversee code quality, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:
What Were Looking For
2-3 years of software development experience, with deep knowledge of Python.
Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.
frontend development experience - strong advantage.
Hands-on experience in AI/ML.
Prior experience mentoring or leading developers - advantage.
