We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full life cycle of our recruitment processes. The role consists of:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our growing departments.
* Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
* Perform sourcing and publish job postings on job boards and digital media.
* Develop and expand recruitment channels.
* Partner with managers at various levels throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
* One year of recruitment experience within an organization, or 1-2 years of recruitment experience in a placement
* Experience in full-cycle recruitment - an advantage
* Strong ability to drive processes, manage multiple priorities, and work in a dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken, written, and reading) - mandatory
* Bachelors degree - mandatory, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field The position is intended for everyone. We support diversity and see it as a strength and as the ability to develop and learn. We advocate for inclusion and empower both women and men.
