We are seeking an experienced Planners to join our dynamic Project Management team in the production department. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in a fast-paced environment where youll contribute to optimizing processes and managing projects that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring production-related projects
Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity
Support cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and solutions
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
Use data -driven insights to support decision-making and problem-solving

Requirements:
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in project management, production, or a similar role (internships included).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of project management systems is a plus.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
