Engineering Manager

Requirements:
You have 6+ years of experience working as a Full-Stack or Front-End Developer in product-centric companies.
You are a natural people leader and want your professional career to develop on the EM ladder.
When leading your team, you understand the balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
You understand that strong technical managers must code as a native part of their role.
Youre a thoughtful problem solver - you see a problem, ensure you completely understand the context, and then work towards a clean solution.
You have strong product mastery: you put users at the center - you have empathy and patience to understand our users needs and expectations and the balance between product, sales, and operations.
You have experience cultivating engineering practices and processes-e.g., code review, incident management, continuous deployment-where they didn't exist or scale before.
You have led or managed engineering teams at startups before, particularly during periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
You hold a BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related subject.
