We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is:

Lead and mentor a dedicated development team.
Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures.
Solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems.

7+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years as a team leader or technical lead.
Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams.
Strong business and product understanding.
Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments.
Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Java.
Experience with React and Oracle.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Background in developing and rolling out GenAI solutions - an advantage.
7+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years as a team leader or technical lead.
Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams.
