The role combines executive management with deep understanding of engineering-driven, mission-critical aerospace systems, and extensive engagement with air forces and defense customers in Israel and globally.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the companys strategic vision, growth roadmap, and long-term business objectives.
Lead development, integration, and lifecycle management of advanced airborne platforms and systems.
Oversee R D, engineering, production, and operational activities, ensuring technological excellence and compliance with defense and aviation standards.
Drive business development and sales efforts

Requirements:
B.Sc. (minimum) in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related field).
Senior executive experience within a defense or aerospace company.
Proven experience working directly with air forces (Israeli Air Force and/or foreign air forces).
Strong understanding of airborne platforms, aerospace systems, and military operational environments.
Demonstrated success in leading complex, multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
Experience managing international programs, customers, and partnerships.
Skills Competencies
Strategic leadership with strong business and technological orientation.
Ability to operate at both executive and technical levels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong decision-making under regulatory, operational, and security constraints.
