Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary design team across Product Design, UX, and Visual Design

Define and evolve the product design vision, strategy, and scalable design systems

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to deliver cohesive, end-to-end product experiences

Drive innovation through interaction design, motion, storytelling, and immersive experiences

Champion a fan-first, community-driven design culture across the organization
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in digital product design, including 3+ years in leadership roles

Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Proven experience in B2C product design across mobile and web platforms (CTV - advantage)

A compelling portfolio demonstrating engaging, interactive, and emotionally resonant user experiences

Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments

Passion for sports, fan culture, and building meaningful user engagement
