Logistics and Shipping Specialist

We are a leading manufacturer of silicon photonic devices, is looking to hire a Logistics and Shipping Specialist We are a fast-growing tech startup operating in an innovative and dynamic environment. We are looking for a Logistics & Shipping Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our global shipments, reporting directly to the Company Logistics Manager. What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
* Manage international shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Work directly with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers worldwide.
* Handle global customs clearance processes, including all required documentation.
* Implement and maintain logistics procedures across company warehouses (WHs).
* Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time arrivals.
* Work hands-on with ERP systems for shipment tracking and documentation.
* Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.).
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, under the guidance of the Logistics Manager.
