Were looking for a full-time Product Design team leader to join our vibrant Design team in Tel-Aviv. About the role: Design Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, inspire, and grow a team of talented product designers. You will be a hands-on mentor, fostering a culture of creative excellence, professional growth, and accountability. Strategic Cross-Functional Partnership: Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with Product, Engineering, and Growth departments. You will act as the glue that connects different functions, ensuring the design vision is aligned with business goals and technical feasibility. AI-Forward Design Mastery: Drive the UX / UI strategy for breakthrough features like AI References. You will challenge traditional design patterns to solve the "prompting limitation," creating intuitive interfaces for a new era of AI.
