We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Junior Product Data Analyst to join our amazing, growing team. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate eager to apply their strong analytical capabilities in a challenging and high-impact environment. Youll play a crucial role in understanding user behavior, optimizing product performance, and contributing to data-driven decision-making that directly shapes the future of our globally-used applications.
What Youll Do:
Support Product Insights: Collecting, processing, and analyzing product performance data, user feedback, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
Data-Driven Optimization: Contribute to analyzing the success of new features post-release, monitoring usage patterns, and supporting tests to optimize performance and business results.
Problem Identification: Help identify opportunities for key initiatives to enhance the customer experience through rigorous data examination.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our R&D and Graphics teams, contributing to detailed specifications and understanding the product lifecycle from a data perspective.
Market Understanding: Support research into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and user needs to inform product strategies.

Requirements:
Native English - Must
Academic Excellence: A recent Bachelors degree (or higher) from Ben-Gurion University, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another highly analytical discipline.
Proven Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, evidenced by a high GPA and/or relevant academic projects.
Self-Driven Learner: A strong capacity for self-learning and a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills and methodologies in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and takes full ownership of tasks and projects, thriving in a challenging and demanding work environment.
Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex insights clearly.
Inventive Thinker: A natural problem solver who is eager to provide insightful and innovative solutions.
