Were seeking a highly motivated, Senior Product Designer to play a key role in designing, exploring, and continually delivering innovative solutions and experiences.

You will:
Drive the user experience and design for one of our key product areas
Develop concepts by brainstorming ideas and creating wireframes.
Deliver detailed design.
Act as the user advocate by applying design principles to create intelligent, cutting-edge and user-centered digital experiences.
Work together with the product team and engineers to bring these experiences to life.
Help develop, manage, and refine UI pattern libraries and guidelines.

Requirements:

Someone with 5+ years of experience designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
Proficient in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, and able to deliver designs that are clear, intuitive and easy-to-understand.
A highly creative self-starter who can balance big picture thinking with strong attention to detail.
A skilled problem solver, who can research and understand complex problems and deliver elegant and simple solutions.
Passionate about developing exceptional UX that creates raving fans.
Familiar and experienced with user research methodologies and testing practices.
Proficient with Figma and other design tools - an advantage.
Educated in a relevant discipline such as Design, Human Factors Engineering, or Cognitive/Applied Psychology- (an advantage).
A team player with great interpersonal skills.
An excellent communicator, with strong presentation, and organizational skills.
Someone with a high level of verbal and written English.
Able to present a portfolio of recent work.
