About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape a new kind of AI experience — one that goes beyond answering questions to anticipating needs, taking initiative, and helping people get things done.

You’ll own the product experience end to end, from first-time onboarding to the daily interactions that build trust and long-term engagement. Working closely with the founders, product, and engineering, you’ll have real ownership, move quickly, and see your work reach users fast.

What you’ll do

• Design intuitive AI interactions that balance initiative, clarity, and user control.
• Own onboarding and activation, helping users experience value as quickly as possible.
• Create engaging product experiences that drive adoption and retention.
• Use research, user feedback, and data to guide design decisions.
• Build and evolve a consistent design system and product voice.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship, measure, and continuously improve.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of digital product design experience, ideally in an early-stage startup.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and execution.
• A passion for AI-powered products and emerging interaction patterns.
• Experience with onboarding, activation, and product-led growth.
• Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• An ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action.
• Experience with small businesses is a plus.
